My front garden was in desperate need of a revamp! I decided that I wanted to install a SureSet resin driveway and Aye Gardening were the recommended installer in my area. From the outset, I was very impressed by their warmth and professionalism. It gave me a great deal of confidence in them as a business. I had a clear idea of what I wanted to achieve with the design and was looking for a company I trusted with the implementation. The estimates they provided were thorough, with fully detailed breakdowns of costs, giving transparency. Any queries were dealt with promptly. Any questions were met with helpful advice. The communication was excellent around start dates and any potential hold-ups or supply issues. When we commenced the build, the team were reliable, always turning up when they promised, usually with a smile. We had a particular deadline in mind, and the team worked hard to finish within the agreed timeframe. The workmanship showed a good attention to detail, and the team involved me in any creative or design decisions before going ahead, as I had requested. We did have one miscommunication which led to some edging stones being laid in the wrong place. I was so impressed when Aye and Susan came back to site to chat things through after hours on a Friday evening! It was all easily rectified and they were keen to ensure that as the client, I was happy. The end result was a huge improvement and has received so many compliments from the neighbours and passers by. Aye, Susan and the team were unfailingly friendly and professional. I have never instructed such a project to be done before, but right from the very first meeting with Susan I was made to feel confident that AyeGardening would not only provide a great solution to what I sought but that my wishes were listened to. Through the design process the conversation was succinct and clear with really useful imagery created to help visualise the project. We decided to smarten up the kerb appeal of the property by replacing the concrete drive, pathways and hedge. We went with a resin bound surface by SureSet in terracotta which was bounded by grey granite setts. We also wanted an attractive brick wall with railings to replace the hedge and finished it off with a couple of bay trees. We looked around for a company with good reviews that could manage the whole project without having to coordinate multiple contractors. We went with Ayegardening and were not disappointed. Susan liaised with us throughout to achieve the exact specification we required and Aye and his team did a first class job in executing the plan. We get people passing by we've never met before commenting how impressed they are with both the wall and the drive.
