We specialise in contemporary urban garden and courtyard design. No matter how small or challenging, every space has the potential to become a beautiful setting that you'll love spending time in.
Throughout the design process our main focus is listening to our clients. We start with your vision and how you want your garden to feel. We then combine art, design, architecture and horticulture to create an immersive space with impact.

After falling out of love with our large garden, and knowing very little about plants and flowers, we contacted East London Garden Design for help. From day one, Gina was was amazing. We told Gina of the types of flowers/plants/colours we liked and our preferred layout. Gina came back for a second meeting with lots of ideas for planting, advising us on the plants that would work best in our garden based in how much sun we get etc. Once we had chosen the plants, Gina sent us detailed plans. The plans were fantastic, very detailed, including how many of each plant would be required to fill the space and a the cost. We were a little concerned that the finished garden might not live up to Gina's detailed plans, but it turned out even better! Gina and her team did all the planting over two days and worked really hard in ensuring everything was perfect. We couldn't be happier with our finished garden and can't thank Gina enough for creating a space that looks amazing and works so well for us and our children.

It's been such an amazing garden transformation. And Gina was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Took into account all my requests, and gave me a jewel of a garden. I can't pick a favourite - the back wall with the cor-ten screens against black timber cladding, the beautiful beautiful planting with its varying texture and colours, the seating area with its pergola. And the pleached trees which are so necessary to give privacy to an otherwise very overlooked garden and house. I am delighted with the end result. What I have now is a whole new outdoor living space where once it was a just a cluttered patio and weed-ridden planting beds.
