Riverdale Falls

Riverdale Falls is a specialist water feature company founded in 2022, built on over twenty years of experience in landscaping, stone masonry, and water design. We start with the water and stone first, treating every pond, stream, and cascade as a sculpted element that should feel like it belongs in its surroundings, not added as an afterthought.
Our traditional stone masonry background means we understand that stone has character – its colour, texture, and natural bedding dictate how it should be laid so it looks like it has always been there. This, combined with expert knowledge of filtration, circulation, and engineering, allows us to create water features that work beautifully and age gracefully.
We hand-select our stone directly from the quarry, with a particular focus on the unique, characterful material from Forest of Dean Stone (Lovell Stone Group), whose responsible sourcing and environmental standards align with our own. Working across England, from intimate garden ponds to large estate installations, we build not just water features, but living ecosystems, carefully considering wildlife, materials reuse, and low-impact techniques in everything we do.
Proudly serving clients nationwide across the UK mainland, we consider projects in all locations.
Our work spans the full spectrum of water features:
- Ponds & Lakes — from intimate wildlife ponds designed to support amphibians and aquatic life, to large estate lakes built to natural contours.
- Streams & Waterfalls — cascading systems that follow the landscape's natural flow, with every stone placed to look inevitable.
- Natural Swimming Ponds — where people swim alongside thriving ecosystems, with natural filtration and wildlife-friendly design.
- Formal Fountains — precise, sculptural water features for structured gardens.
- Stone Masonry & Rockwork — retaining walls, stone cladding, landscaping features that work alongside water installations.
We work throughout the mainland United Kingdom
