Slate Sphere
We make handmade Water Features from Cornish slate sourced straight from the quarry. We specialise in making sphere shapes but have recently branched out into a chimney shape with a nod towards Cornish Heritage.

Jeremy visits the quarry on the North Cornwall coast, at least once a week, to hand select large stones of slate that are either grey or with brown rustic undertones. The slate is processed by hand to made individual pieces. These are then meticulously placed together, to gradually build up the spheres. The slate is deliberately, rounded and left to a thickness that creates a beautiful and memorising water feature to watch and listen to. We have 6 sizes available, from the smallest 500mm in diameter up to our new largest 1.5m in diameter. They all require a sump reservoir underneath, so that the features are self contained. We are a family run business with a small team of experts. We pride ourselves on good customer service with customers directly or provide a flexible service with landscapers.
